第一步：通读全题，弄清楚考的什么题目类型以及什么内容类别。
审题目的时候，我建议大家先看方框内题目的最后一句，即问题句，这样我们就大致了解考的是什么题型了。雅思写作的题型还是比较统一，大致上分为三种：Argumentation，Report and Others. （其中argumentation是重点，90%的题目都会以argumentation的形式出现。）

Argumentation 又可细分为三种，如下：

1. 同不同意型（即对题中给定的某一话题或观点发表自己的见解，表明态度。）问题句通常为：

What is your opinion?

Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

e.g. Some people say that people should have different amount of holiday according to their jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree to this opinion?

2. 双边型（即给出双方的对立立场，要求从各自的角度进行分析，给出自己的观点。）问题句通常为：

Discuss both these views.

e.g. It is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport and music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

3. 优缺点型 （即分析优缺点或者优点是否大于缺点）问题句通常为：

Do the advantages outweigh its disadvantages ？

e.g. Nowadays it is more convenient and easier for people to travel to other countries, do the advantages of this development outweigh its disadvantages?

我个人感觉很多书中和教学中会使学生感到困惑的是，题目虽能看懂，但还是不知道如何把握。下面就给大家展示两种不同的题目要求开篇：

Some people think that the teenage years are the happiest times of most people’s lives. Others think that adult life brings more happiness, in spite of greater responsibilities.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There are different views about whether people are happier as teenagers or in adulthood. While there is something to be said for the idea that the teenage years can be extremely happy, my view is that most people achieve greater satisfaction later in life when they have a career and a family of their own.
